---This situation also seems to speak to the situation that we have at the hospital. If translated properly, this video addresses the idea of resident centered, w/ resident as students. The nurses could be the teachers. Administration could be the principal and the families could be the parents. It would go a long way in making the environment nicer. Keep on Truckin'
